Once you place an order, you should automatically receive an email confirmation. As soon as your product ships (usually 24-48 hours after you place your order), your shipping and tracking information will also be sent. If you haven't received either, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the first and last name you used to place your order.
Please allow 24 hours after you receive your tracking info in order for your tracking number to activate.
We use both USPS and UPS.
Currently, we ship within the U.S. and to Canada, Alaska and Hawaii. Orders over $100 ship free to Canada and orders over $40 ship free within the U.S.
