As long as you used the same email for your subscription as your Skinesque Rewards account, the points should be added automatically. If they don't show up in your portal, please shoot an email to support@skinesque.com, and we'll add those points for you.

Absolutely! If you're still unable to manage your subscription from your portal, we are happy to swap products for you, skip or delay and order or cancel your subscription. Please reach out to support@skinesque.com.
