Are your products dermatologist tested? 
Yes. We take extra care in making sure that our products are being tested with the most credible offices in South Korea.

Are your products tested on animals? 
Never! We are cruelty free and love all fur babies.

Can I use multiple promotion codes on a single order?  
Unfortunately, our website can only apply one promotional code per single order.

Are your products made in South Korea?
Yes. We are frequently in touch with our factories in South Korea to stay up to date with the latest technology and skincare innovations. 

 How can I change/ cancel my order?
We're so sorry if you had trouble ordering! Please email us at support@skinesque.com for order changes/cancellations.  We'll try our best to assist.

Are there returns/exchanges?
We cannot accept returns/exchanges on opened product; however, if you have an unopened product that you wish to exchange, please email us at support@skinesque.com

Where is my order?
Once you place an order, you should automatically receive an email confirmation. As soon as your product ships (usually 24-48 hours after you place your order), your shipping and tracking information will also be sent. If you haven't received either, please email support@skinesque.com with the first and last name you used to place your order.

My tracking number isn't working. What do I do?
Please allow 24 hours after you receive your tracking info in order for your tracking number to activate.

What courier do you use to ship?
We use both USPS and UPS.

Where is my order being shipped from?
If you place your order directly from Skinesque, your order is shipping from Los Angeles!

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the U.S. and to Canada, Alaska and Hawaii. Orders over $100 ship free to Canada and orders over $40 ship free within the U.S.
